Kristofer M. Simms was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on April 24, 1969. He was admitted to the Colorado bar in 2001. Mr. Simms received his B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1991 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2001. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates Section. His areas of concentration are: corporate law, wills, trusts, probate, estates, real estate and taxation. |
